Due to a thriving conveyancing department, we are looking to expand our team and recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer to join us at our offices in Kington, Herefordshire and Llandrindod Wells, Powys.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer with residential conveyancing experience to become part of a busy and supportive department. We are open to considering full-time or part-time arrangements, and flexible terms may be discussed for the right candidate.
The Role
- Handling a range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
- Managing your own caseload while maintaining a high level of client care.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of our conveyancing department
About You
- A qualified solicitor or licenced conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident in managing files efficiently and professionally.
- Committed to providing clear, friendly and reliable client service.
- Able to work effectively as part of an office-based team.
